THE MODEL agrees that THE PHOTOGRAPHER owns all images taken during the session. THE MODEL retains rights to use and share images for personal and portfolio purposes. THE MODEL understands that the photos will only be used in the manner indicated in project brief unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. THE MODEL agrees that they do not have any claim to copyright, patent, or other ownership of the photographs. THE MODEL agrees that if he/she wishes to submit the photos to an online or printed publication, he/she must obtain written consent. THE MODEL understands that they may share images as they wish AFTER date of publication. THE MODEL agrees to credit PHOTOGRAPHER whenever possible and appropriate. THE MODEL acknowledges that THE PHOTOGRAPHER will not be held responsible for the final destination of the images if permission is given to share them for promotional purposes. THE MODEL understands that this shoot is for art and/or publication purposes. THE PHOTOGRAPHER nor THE MODEL will be compensated financially at the time of the shoot unless separately agreed upon. THE MODEL agrees that by signing this contract he/she releases THE PHOTOGRAPHER of any and all liability. THE MODEL agrees that he/she is at least twenty-one years of age and able to provide proper identification. THE MODEL understands that if the shoot includes nudity and that they will be photographed wearing little and/or no clothing. THE MODEL understands what a Boudoir Photography Session is, and is signing this Contract in full competency, without being coerced, influenced and of his/her own free will. THE MODEL and THE PHOTOGRAPHER will have a conversation and agree in writing if prints are to be sold. If prints are sold by THE PHOTOGRAPHER, THE MODEL will receive an agreed upon percentage of any sales. THE MODEL agrees that the level of nudity they show during the session is at their own discretion. THE MODEL agrees that he/she will not do anything he/she is uncomfortable with and will speak up at the time if uncomfortable with a certain level of nudity or a pose. THE PHOTOGRAPHER is a professional and shoots in a professional manner. THEREFORE, the parties state, by their own free will, that they have read and accepted all of the Terms and Conditions stipulated in this Contract.
